Candidates with graduation and post graduation degree in relevant subject are also eligible for the B. Ed program. Graduates have to score a minimum of 50% - 55% in their degree exams and post graduates have to score minimum 55% to be eligible for B. Ed admission.

Several entrance exams such as DU B.Ed, IGNOU B.Ed, UP B.Ed JEE, etc are conducted for admission to the B.Ed courses. B.Ed is a 2 years Undergraduate teaching course, pursued by candidates who aspire to become teachers in schools, preferably for secondary and senior secondary levels. Candidates can also pursue B.Ed programs through the distance mode of education from several colleges.
